Get in touch

A short description of your studio is the most useful starting point. Tell us roughly how large the room is, how many cameras you run and what kind of programmes go out, whether news, interviews or entertainment. This lets us see quickly whether we are talking about integration, camera work, acoustics, lighting or a mix of these.

Describe the problem as you experience it. Perhaps the intercom drops out, the picture changes between cameras, dialogue sounds boxy or presenters look flat under the lights. Plain observations from your crew are often more helpful than technical guesses, and they point us to the right specialist in our team.

If you have documents, send them. A rough floor plan, a list of equipment or a signal diagram saves time, even if it is out of date or hand drawn. Photographs of the control room, studio floor and equipment racks also help us understand the space before we visit.

Let us know your timing. If a new studio is opening or a programme is launching, tell us the date so we can say honestly whether the work is realistic. If there is no deadline, say that too, and we can plan the work in sensible stages.

Finally, tell us who will decide and who will use the system. A producer, a technical lead and a studio manager often need different things from the same project. Knowing who is involved lets us write the quotation and any training in terms that suit each of them.
