- How do I order work from you?
- Send an enquiry through the contact page describing your studio and what you need. We reply with questions if needed, then send a written quotation. Work begins once you confirm that quotation in writing.
- Can I buy a service on this website?
- No. Nothing is bought on the site and there is no checkout or online payment. The site explains our services and prices, and every order starts with an enquiry and a written quotation.
- How do I pay?
- We issue an invoice after the work is confirmed, and you pay it by bank transfer using the details on the invoice. We do not take card payments. The invoice states the amount, the work covered and the payment terms.
- What is included in a quoted price?
- The quotation lists the days, sessions and documents covered, such as an audit report or lighting plan. It states what is not included, for example equipment purchases or building work. Anything outside the quotation is agreed and priced separately before it goes ahead.
- What can change the final price?
- Studio size, the number of cameras and systems involved, how far we travel, and how many days of on-site work are needed. Extra deliverables such as written reports also add to the cost. The quotation shows these clearly before you confirm.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Tell us in writing as early as you can. Cancellation terms are set out in our payment and refund policy and repeated in your quotation. Time already spent on planning or site work is charged at the quoted rate.
- Can I get a refund?
- Refunds follow the payment and refund policy. If a deliverable is not provided as quoted, we will correct it or discuss a fair adjustment. Please raise any concern in writing so we can respond properly.
- Do your prices include VAT?
- Prices on this page are fees before VAT. VAT is added to the invoice where it applies, and the quotation states the total. Ask us if you need an invoice in a particular format for your accounts team.
